Right, but we're just looking at patterns right now.

@lailanights17 Hmm yes the descendant thing only occured to me now! I didn't understand how a Sagittarius could be such a good fit (for a Taurus like me) until I learned about my ascendant-descendant.
I understand what you're saying about Gemini, I also prefer some quiet time. And I also recognize the 'honesty' thing.
I think I get along with my Virgo friend because I think I'm the only one who understands her feedback and perfectionism. She clashes with people in every group project because she can be fickle. She is also one of the people who will help you with NO QUESTIONS asked, so I never actually feel taken for granted.

@lailanights17 I have my sun in 12th as well and barely any fire or air. My virgo friend is actually a mixture of Leo and Libra, so she also really 'out there', but she still has the pessimism/self-doubt of a Virgo. I have on teacher who is also like that, but I think she's mostly Aquarius (very intellectual, quirky, has her own strict rules).
I NEVER had friends who were like me (in the sense of shyness/quietness), because in that case there would be no conversations and no one would take initiative. I tend to find people who complement me and vice versa and challenge me. My Virgo (w. Libra/Leo) helps me to be more assertive, and I help her to enjoy things more and look at things differently. My Taurus friend and I really enjoy things together, like good food, a cozy evening watching tv/movie and all that, but she is much more outspoken and has her own opinion. I actually like it when people don't always agree with me, because that makes for interesting conversations. I don't always trust people who are always cheery and nice to everyone, I think that's my scorpio moon.

I tend to like fire/air signs but I never end up befriending them cause I'm shit at that stuff. Also, in public I come off differently, more restrained and keep-to-myself-ish (Capricorn Venus I guess), whereas when I'm at home with my brother I feel freer to be myself without restrictions and I act more firey/airy. I get along great with my brother, it's a really precious connection. He and my sister sometimes play along well together, but then it turns into a fight... this happens pretty much every time they do something together. It's mostly my sister's fault. She's really... hard to get along with... She's always yelling and whining and overreacts SO MUCH to EVERY little thing. If I had to guess I might say it's her Cancer Mars, it's really close to the Leo cusp as well. Her Mars is actually unaspected. Maybe that plays a part - to look at her normally, it's like everything's good and then BAM yelling, crying, drama, "Nobody loves me, I'm the victim", slamming doors. Did I mention I can't stand her? Something Everything about her rubs me the wrong way. Not a surprise when you look at our placements.
When I was younger I had several experiences with Taurus women that turned me against the sign, I viewed all Taureans as patronising people who had no sense of justice, basically Taurus = evil. BUT recently I've had good experiences with a couple of Taureans and so my view is changing.
My mum's parents are/were an Aries and a Taurus, her siblings are a Cancer, a Taurus, a Gemini and either a Pisces or an Aries. That side of the family is really dynamic, there's always something going on, always drama! Her Aries mum is the matriarch of the family and she's quite a character... she's hard to get along with and likes to guilt-trip us... but she and I are connected via my childhood. My only family on my dad's side is his Pisces mum. She once gave me a teddy bear and knitted it some clothes. I associate that with her being a Pisces for some reason. I feel like I've written a lot here, I just love to talk about myself, I blame the Leo in me.

@lailanights17 I bet you'll find someone like that eventually, I really believe that the right people come on your path right when you need it. solarflareSo much fire! Interesting how you and your boyfriend's ascendants are each other's descendants! I have that thing going on with my boyfriend's sun and venus, and my venus is his descendant as well and your moons are opposite too, interesting I also noticed a lot of ariesxaries and ariesxleo couples in my surveyeuphoricillustratorToo bad those people gave you a bad view on Taurus, I hope it will improve! You brother sounds interesting, I don't think I know any Sagittarius with so much water Boy it doesn't sound easy being a Cancer. Funny enough AquasxCancers CAN work (taking my parents as an example) And what about your Cancer friend, what makes you get along with them? Perhaps you'll attract some fire friends eventually, but also perhaps Aquariuses?

Well, I can say for certain that I have a really weird yet exciting mixture of family and friends in my circle - at least I've never had a boring moment around them all, even if there have been some more important, underlying problems...!!!
Here's my family to start (please forgive the quantity - I have a large family!):
Father: Pisces Sun / Aries Moon / Pisces Mars / Capricorn Venus / Pisces Mercury / Gemini Jupiter / Pisces Saturn
Mother: Aquarius Sun / Cancer Moon / Aquarius Mars / Pisces Venus / Aquarius Mercury / Aquarius Jupiter / Aquarius Saturn
Step-father: Sagittarius Sun / Aquarius Moon / Aquarius Mars / Libra Venus / Sagittarius Mercury / Virgo Jupiter / Aries Saturn
Step-mother: Aries Sun / Virgo Moon / Cancer Mars / Aries Venus / Taurus Mercury / Taurus Jupiter / Cancer Saturn
Older half-sister (24): Sagittarius Sun / Scorpio Moon / Scorpio Mars / Capricorn Venus / Sagittarius Mercury / Cancer Jupiter / Capricorn Saturn
Younger sister (15): Sagittarius Sun / Gemini Moon / Libra Mars / Sagittarius Venus / Sagittarius Mercury / Pisces Jupiter / Aries Saturn
Younger half-sister (5): Capricorn Sun / Gemini Moon / Gemini Mars / Sagittarius Venus / Aquarius Mercury / Capricorn Jupiter / Virgo Saturn
Younger half-brother (4): Taurus Sun / Scorpio Moon / Aries Mars / Aries Venus / Gemini Mercury / Aquarius Jupiter / Virgo Saturn
Younger half-sister (1): Capricorn Sun / Capricorn Moon / Aquarius Mars / Capricorn Venus / Capricorn Mercury / Gemini Jupiter / Scorpio Saturn
I'll leave that list at that as if I can carry on to list my grandparents, friends or anyone else, I think some eyes will be damaged with the amount of reading lol
But great to see and study so many inter-family/friend relationships here! It's really interesting to see the links between everyone's birth charts and how that plays on those relationships; it's definitely more understandable from an astrological as well as circumstantial point of view to see how interactions between one another can be positive or detrimental, and where those lines are drawn too.

Franka, My views on Taureans are quickly improving, I've met some cool ones online, such as you haha. I don't notice my brother's Scorpio placements... To me he's a fun Sagittarius, he makes jokes all the time... The only time I might say his Scorpio is showing is when he gets really worked up while playing video games with me... I'd expect a Sag to stay light-hearted but he gets really competitive, when he loses it seems to affect him deeply and I can tell he's angry inside and he's suppressing frustrated violence, one or two times he hit me with the controller (not too hard and he apologised)... That strikes me as his Scorpio Moon coming out. I met my Cancer friend on the first day of school this year, I was standing there in distress because we were supposed to form groups and I didn't know anyone, her friend asked me to join their group and I haven't seen that friend since that day but me and the Cancer stuck together from then on, I think we're attracted to each other because we're both quiet and pretty awkward when it comes to communication, since as I said in public I'm ruled by my Capricorn Venus and maybe she's attracted to that, Cancer and Capricorn being sister signs... She's pretty cool, she does sword fighting and uses runes instead of her initials (I was surprised by that because at the time I was learning a rune language)... There are three Cancers in my life and they're all so different... I'd love to make some Aquarius friends, I love other Aquarians... What I have to do is be more outgoing and lose the restrictions... As it stands I'm attracting Earth and Water signs, that's a clear pattern in my life these days.... And then there's my family with its Earth/Water majority... I feel like that's perfect for this stage in my life though, maybe when I'm in my 20s I'll be surrounded by Fire and Air. The people around you really shape your experiences of life and the way you grow...

Oh my I´m impressed how you all did look after every position on your people´s circle Oo
I do not know everything but I will edit this Post step on step so I can write it down here =D
So first I can just go after their Sun-Sign:
Mother: Virgo-sun Father: Capricorn-sun younger Brother: Gemini-sun motherly Grandma: Cancer-sun motherly Grandpa: Virgo-sun fatherly Grandma: Pisces-sun motherly Aunt: Aries-sun fatherly Aunt: Pisces-sun (even though she insists, that she is an Aquarius...) best male friend: Virgo-sun best female friend: Aries-sun current love crush which I hope I can marry someday: Pisces-sun
As you can see....I do not have that much of air-elemental signs....but three Virgos and a couple of Aries and Pisces xD

erumpere Thanks dear ^^ From my experience Sags can be very competitive, as they are a fire sign but perhaps his Scorpio placements take it more personal. My brother has a Pisces moon and has been known to do that as well (altough his Aries mars might also have something to do with it). Aw I think it's great the way you meet people this way! She sounds great Exactly! I grew a lot in the past 10 years as well, going from a shy, fearful person to someone who is not afraid to spreak her mind. People shape you, even if it seems like a bad experience, you will learn from it. zukunftsodem That's so sweet! Also you family is very earthy and watery indeed, but you balance it out with your triple Leo-ness lol solarflare: True, but it makes it interesting right? Anyway thanks for filling out the survey xXxCometxXx: Wow huge family indeed! Seeing a balance between fire (Sagittarius) and earth (capricorn/taurus) siblings there. One other thing I see that two of your younger siblings have opposite moons, meaning they were born on a full moon lol. Getting a bit cross-eyed now so I'll leave it at that xD

Yeah I hope my Sunny nature can warm up that cold fish he actually is <3 And especially my parents are pretty earthy...guess I need Earth-Signs around me to be calm (since my best friend is also a virgo and always brings me down to earth when necessary)

Of course the circumstances always affect the outcomes. I was married to an opposing ascendent person. We definitely can communicate and understand one another a lot.

Me: Aqua sun, Leo moon, Leo AC, Aquarius mercury, Capricorn venus, Pisces mars Mother: Virgo sun, Libra moon, Virgo mercury, Libra venus, Scorpio mars (her lack of fire shows, she's the opposite of spontaneous) Father: Gemini sun, Cancer moon, Gemini mercury, Taurus venus, Gemini mars Half-brother: Sagittarius sun, Scorpio Moon, Gemini AC, Sagittarius mercury, Scorpio venus, Scorpio mars (he's really easygoing despite the Scorpio) Half-sister: Cancer sun, Virgo moon, Taurus AC, Cancer mercury, Gemini venus, Cancer Mars Childhood best friend: Capricorn sun Closest thing I have to a friend these days: Cancer sun I tend to like fire/air signs but I never end up befriending them cause I'm shit at that stuff. One thing to watch for with the Taurus / Aquarius relationship is the codependency factor. My mom is an Aqu and I can attest to that tendency in my relationship to her. It can be a good thing, but Aqu tends to be more of a social butterfly to Taurus' more serious and closer friendships... Def have got diff ways of approaching the world and problems. :-)
